Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when SellByte can refund, replace, or re-deliver a digital order. It applies together with the Terms of Service.

1. Digital nature of our products

SellByte products are original digital downloads. Once a file has been successfully delivered and downloaded, the product is usually considered consumed. That is why change-of-mind refunds are limited.

2. Eligible refund or replacement cases

  • payment was captured but we cannot provide the download due to a SellByte error;

  • the ZIP/file is corrupt or incomplete and we cannot repair it promptly;

  • we delivered a clearly wrong product and you report it promptly;

  • you were charged twice for the same successful order and our records confirm the duplicate;

  • we agree in writing that a specific exception applies.

3. Cases that are usually not eligible

  • change of mind after payment or after a successful download;

  • you bought the wrong kit by mistake after downloading;

  • you are unhappy with educational results (for example interview outcomes or freelance income);

  • compatibility issues with your own software if files open in standard Word/Excel/PDF readers;

  • coupon, flash-sale, or price-drop disappointment after purchase;

  • redistribution or license violations.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us within 48 hours of noticing the issue via Contact, WhatsApp support, or support@sellbyte.in. Include order number, registered email/phone, what went wrong, and screenshots if relevant.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds return to the original payment method when the provider allows it. Processing often takes 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.

6. Replacements instead of refunds

Where a file is defective on arrival due to our error, we may re-deliver or replace the file first.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact SellByte before raising a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account limits and evidence shared with the payment provider.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable Indian consumer law.
